She allegedly underwent a rhinoplasty which she contested through a video. However, she cannot deny the fact that she had breast augmentation. Her old photos serve as the proof that she was flat chested before.

Kim's breakout to stardom started when she won the reality TV Pinoy Big Brother's Teen Edition 1. Back then, she was a bit lacking in the bust area.
