Successful and wealthy Pinoy bachelors from showbiz are often showered with media attention. But now, these single Pinay celebrities are changing the trend with the rise of their financial success through hard work and family inheritance.

These single ladies are the epitome of the modern day independent women. They buy their own luxury cars, they build and decorate their massive homes, and they spend their much needed vacation on bucket list-worthy places around the globe. Although some of them were born with silver spoons in their mouths, they still work hard and pay for their own keep.

BEA ALONZO

 Bea Alonzo started at a young age in the entertainment industry. She might not be that old but she has numerous movies, teleseryes and endorsements under her belt which are relatively successful. It is safe to say that she made millions though her acting career.



Her house is definitely one for the books. It was intricately designed like a 5-star resort and hotel with its lavish interior and grand swimming pool.



KIM CHIU

Kim Chiu may be of Chinese descent but she came from an ordinary family but after winning Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 1 in 2006, the blessings came pouring in. She scored her first leading role in "Sana Maulit Muli" the following year. From then on, she has starred in numerous teleseryes and films. Endorsements and TV guestings also contributed in the accumulation of her assets.



Her house in Quezon City is an obvious proof of her wealth. The massive home of the actress have 3 storeys and 4 large bedrooms which are accentuated with various decorative pieces in different shades of the pink.


Her love for the feminine hues of pink did not end there. She also owns a luxury van which was customized for utmost comfort and of course, the interior was decorated in shades of pink.


MAINE MENDOZA

Maine Mendoza is an accidental star who have garnered phenomenal success both on TV and movies. It's only been 2 years since her breakout to stardom but she has already accumulated millions for her work. It was rumored that she earned more than P100 million through her endorsements alone in 2016.



Maine's room is an image of comfort and luxury despite its simplicity. With the expensive linens and furniture that adorn her simple yet classy room, it is safe to say that she can sleep like a princess at night.


Some people are still not aware that she was born with old money from her parents. They reportedly have a franchise of a food chain and this gasoline station which are located and operating in the province of Bulacan.




ANGELICA PANGANIBAN

Angelica Panganiban started in showbusiness at a very tender age. She was best known as the Becky in Sarah Ang Munting Princesa movie in 1995. From then on, she became a household name in the entertainment industry.



This multi-awarded actress is very low profile when it comes to her wealth but she was named as one of the top taxpayers in 2015.  She is currently renovating and redecorating her beautiful home. She has posted some snippets of the said house on Instagram. She is reportedly active in managing some  of her businesses which include restaurants. 


ANNE CURTIS

As one of the "it" girls who are always spotted having the time of their lives on luxurious places and wearing haute couture gowns, it is not surprising to see Anne Curtis on this list.  She is a multimedia star, a reliable endorser, a bankable actress and a face we see daily on our TV screens. 



Ann owns one of these expensive SUVs, an Audi A3 which retails at P2.6 million. This is only one of her numerous cars. 



Aside from her luxury cars, she also invest on real estate. This is one of her investments which is located at one of the most prominent villages in the country.


ELLEN ADARNA

The sexy siren Ellen Adarna is actually a hotel heiress from Cebu City. She was able to make a name for herself through her liberal mindedness and alluring physique. She already starred in some teleseryes  and she's often featured as a cover girl for both men and women's magazines.





This is the ancestral house of Ellen's family which was lovingly built to pay tribute for her grandmother, Lea. The gigantic house is aptly named "Temple of Lea". It is one of the most popular building structures in Cebu.
